Vivian Lowery

Vivian Taylor Lowery, 91, of Irvington, Alabama, went to her Heavenly home on May 11, 2022. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
Vivian was preceded in death by her parents Onie and Elnor Broadus Taylor, her husband of 65 years, Richard Floyd Lowery, one great grandchild, Richard Floyd Lowery II, five brothers, Gordie Taylor, George Taylor, Alton Taylor, David Taylor, and Onie (Sonny) Taylor, one sister, Ora Bell Taylor Sprinkle Nolan, and one son-in-law, Larry Weed.
She is survived by her three children, Carol Lowery Weed, Gwen Lowery Howard (Tommy), and Richard Albert Lowery (Diane), nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, one sister, Ida Taylor Jowers (Tom), one brother, Tommy Taylor, and numerous family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Vivian was a faithful and supportive member of Coden Bible Church for over 70 years where she had a heart for serving others. She was known for her gumbo, lemon pies, and loving her family unconditionally.
Visitation will be at 11:00 am on May 19, 2022, at Coden Bible Church with the service beginning at 12:00 noon. Interment will be at Oddfellows Cemetery.
